PUBLIC SITES FOR PROPERTY INFORMATION
    Accept acknowledgements, enter street or APN, click on Assessors ID
    Provides property type, information on prior sales, tax, legal description, building
    particulars and recent sales in the area (not comps)
    Select Property Activities on the left side and enter the address.  They said it
    goes back to 10 -11 years.
    Click to accept the disclaimer, select your search by criteria then enter the APN
    or street address in the upper left corner, and select type of information you
    want.
    Go to Quick Data on the right side of the screen, click on "Find You APN with an
    Address"
    Click on “Parcel Inquiry” on the top left corner.

APPRAISAL RELATED SITES
    If you need an appraiser outside the area we cover, go to this site and click on
    “find an appraiser” on the left side, enter the zip code of the property and when
    you hit submit it will return a list of appraisers who live or have offices in that zip
    code.  For residential property select an appraiser with a license starting with AL
    (Licensed) or AR (Certified).  A Certified licenses requires more training/testing
    and can do $1,000,000 plus residential properties.  A commercial appraiser has
    a license starting with AG.
